KLT have been manufacturing the automatic vacuum forming machine since the last decade.
Owing to their excellent technical n constructions features the product obtained is of the highest technological n aesthetic level. The versatility of the machine judged by its adaptability to process all types of thermoplastics viz. PVC, HPC, LDPE upto 1.5mm n EPS upto 3mm.
Our inhouse facility for the moulds and dies helps customers save time and money in sorting out the production. This gives a leverage of production accurate shapes and sizes. The design and manufacturing of moulds & dies are undertaken through the CAD/CAM facilities available at our works.
Compressors and FRL (Filter Regulator Lubricator) to be procured from different source. |

- Ease of operation - Only one individual,
can operate through a control panel which is separated from the
machine.
- Power saving - A true infrared ceramic element
ensures uniform heat distribution as well as considerable power
saving. Sandwich
heating facility is also available, specially for processing EPS
material upto 3mm.
- Automatic operation - All operations viz.
roll feeding, forming, clamping, heating, loading, unloading are
automatic.

- Adaptability to mould any thermoplastic material -
Various material like HIPS, PVC, LDPE upto 3mm can be processed.
- Uniformity in thickness of the product obtained -
Plug assist facilities is production of uniform thickness.
- Inline cutting facility - It may be provided
for vertical slitting and scrap disposal.
